Holiday Hours at the City of Niagara Falls

We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season! Our administrative offices will be closed and Niagara Falls Transit will operate a holiday schedule on the following dates:

Let's Talk Niagara Falls: Cannabis Use and Retail Stores

What do you think about cannabis retail stores and the use of cannabis in public spaces like streets, sidewalks, parks, and transit stops in Niagara Falls? City Council has until January 22, 2019 to pass a resolution to opt out of the retail sales, and we want to hear from you. Extreme Cold Weather Relief

Anyone seeking relief from the extreme cold is welcome to keep warm at City facilities and all branches of the Niagara Falls Public Library, during regular business hours. Details and additional resources are listed at niagarafalls.ca.

Christmas Tree Collection: Niagara Region
From January 7 to 11, place your tree at the curb on your regular collection day by 7 AM. Be sure to remove ALL decorations. Do not bag your tree and, for the safety of collection workers, do not stick it inside or on top of any snow banks. For more information, please visit niagararegion.ca.

Extended Hours at MacBain Centre
As of Saturday, July 7, 2018 the City's Customer Service extended hours at the MacBain Community Centre have changed as follows:
Saturdays        9 a.m. to 12 noon        
Wednesdays    8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursdays        8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Our regular hours remain the same, Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
