Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Niagara Falls Coronavirus COVID-19 Update


The City of Niagara Falls response to COVID-19 is led by Region of Niagara Public Health and Emergency Services. We're working closely with them to monitor and respond accordingly to the COVID-19 situation.

In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, the City has closed all of its facilities to the public until further notice.

Phones will continue to be answered between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, and online service requests will remain available at

City service updates will be posted on the Niagara Falls COVID-19 page as they become available.

We understand that these are challenging times, especially for businesses. We our committed to helping the business community navigate the road ahead and will continue to offer consultations via telephone or email. In addition, we are closely monitoring announcements from all levels of government as they relate to support for business owners and their employees.

FedDev Ontario: Important COVID-19 Notice
The Government of Canada is taking action to support tourism and other businesses and workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC): Support for Entrepreneurs Impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
As announced by the Finance Minister, BDC is increasing the amount of financing available to entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 outbreak.
