We are truly excited to introduce the newest program in the world of Zumba called 'Zumba Sentao'! Sentao grew from the Spanish verb ‘sentar’ – to sit. Accordingly, Zumba Sentao is a chair-based choreography that strengthens, balances and stabilizes your core, sculpts muscles, steps up cardio work and torches calories by transforming a chair into a dance partner. Students learn to use a chair and their own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone their physique! More than that, currently there are only a few hundreds of Zumba Sentao instructors worldwide - and we have our very own here at Coronation.
Join us for Book Club every third Wednesday from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.  Carrie Bosco, Customer Service Librarian, from the Niagara Falls Public Library facilitates our meetings. The next book is called 'Small Great Things' Pick up your book from the office today! Wednesday, October 16th.  Read More
