Remember in Prayer...
Rachel Moore - The Lord blessed Rachel with early detection and care for appendicitis this last week. She is already home and recovering.
Pam Griffin - (Morning Westerberg's mother) - Battling cancer. Pray that the Lord might open her heart that she might see the light of God's love in Jesus.
Merlin Camrud - Experiencing significant pain and challenges related to his physical health. If you know Merlin, say a prayer, give him a call, and give thanks to God for preserving his life through so much adversity the last few months!
Susan Bondow - (Pastor's mother) - Ongoing treatment for leukemia expected to end in 2021. The treatments have been working wonderfully thus far. Still a long road ahead, but feeling beyond blessed!
Don't forget to pray for the work we are able to do together as part of the WELS (Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod). Here is a suggestion:
Good News, Mt. Horeb, Wis. – Lord Jesus, the Cornerstone of the Church and the Foundation of our faith, we bring before you the needs of Good News Lutheran Church as they strive to spread the gospel in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. Bless both Pastor Jonathan Bauer and their first vicar, Evan Arrowsmith, as they gather and serve God’s people. We also ask that the planning and design phase for their first building would go smoothly. Move the hearts of God’s people to support the capital campaign that was started on November 1st. Guide the construction process, so that, if it is your will, it may begin in the spring and end before the close of 2021. Continue to build Good News Lutheran Church, not only with “brick and mortar,” but as “living stones” dedicated to your glory. Amen.
