This course will survey the history of biblical interpretation that under-girds the movements mentioned above as a means of stimulating new ways of thinking about and interpreting the Bible for a contemporary inter-cultural and inclusive society. The course will meet once a week on Tuesday evenings 6:00 to 8:00 pm for 6 sessions June 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27. All class sessions will be held via Zoom. Students taking the course for credit will be required to submit one final paper by September 7, 2021. Auditors welcome! Professor: LeAnn Snow Flesher, PhD.
