Benefit Roadshow Schedule

To help you prepare for Annual Enrollment, Benefit Roadshows will take place at our hubs and major locations around the system. These roadshows allow you the opportunity to get more information about our benefit programs, visit with benefit administrators and participate in raffles and giveaways.

Free flu shots are being offered to all mainline employees during the roadshows. Create an account and use Invitation Code AA2015 to reserve your spot. If you don’t schedule an appointment, walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Schedule your free flu shot today by clicking here.

NRTP  Roadshow

Representatives from Human Resources will be visiting the operations areas at the LUS crew bases to answer questions and provide information about the upcoming transition to the NRTP (Non-Rev Travel Planner) and the retirement of Travel US. These roadshows will give you the opportunity to ask questions and get answers from the experts about registering travelers, understanding travel charges, listing for flights, using your vacation passes, etc.

ABOUT APFA: The Association of Professional Flight Attendants, founded in 1977, represents the more than 25,000 active flight attendants at American Airlines. In November 2011, American’s parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Throughout the bankruptcy trial, APFA President Laura Glading served on the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee where she advocated for the American Airlines Flight Attendants. In February 2013, American and US Airways announced their intention to combine the carriers and on December 9, 2013, AA exited bankruptcy and the merger was final. Achieving a merger inside bankruptcy is unprecedented in the industry and would not have occurred without the efforts of American’s labor unions, particularly APFA.
