Incident at Layover Hotel in LAS - LUS

Known Crew Member (KCM) Location Change in MIA - LAA/LUS

Effective June 10, 2016 at 0400, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will move the KCM entrance point at Miami International Airport (MIA) from checkpoint D3 to checkpoint D2, located near gate D24. The new location allows crewmembers selected for random screening to go through TSA pre-check lanes instead of standardized screening.

For the latest KCM information, including interactive maps and hours of operation, visit knowncrewmember.org.

Change of Local Phone Number and Caller ID for Crew Scheduling – LAA

Due to the relocation of the Crew Scheduling Department to the new Integrated Operations Center (IOC) building at AA Headquarters, there will be a caller ID change reflecting a new area code of (682) instead of (817). The new local number used by Crew Scheduling, Crew Tracking and Crew Compensation will be 682-315-CREW. The Toll Free number (800-VIP-CREW) will remain unchanged.
