9/11 Flight Crew Memorial to Commemorate 15th Anniversary of 9/11 – LAA/LUS
APFA National Officers and other APFA representatives will be present this Sunday at the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial in Grapevine Texas for a public Remembrance and Reflection Ceremony to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of 9/11. Please join us if you are in the DFW area on Sunday. Uniforms are preferred but not required.
7:40 AM – Welcome
7:46 AM – Lowering of Flag and Moment of Silence (For 1st Plane)
7:50 AM - Prayer
7:55 AM – Ringing of the Bells
8:03 AM – Moment of Silence (For 2nd Plane)
The 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial is dedicated to the 33 flight crew members that were lost and those that courageously continue to be the ever-vigilant professionals of the airline industry.
It is located at 1000 Texan Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051. Parking will be available at the businesses along Texan Trail directly south of the memorial.
