Earlier today the APFA Executive Committee (EC) passed a resolution authorizing the balloting of the membership on an agreement that, if ratified, would eliminate the Hard 40 provision of the JCBA. Full details of the agreement will be forthcoming along with Q & A’s that will speak to the full terms of the agreement.
