Our Annual Meeting for 2013 will take place in Arusha, Tanzania, September 29 – October 2, 2013. The meeting is hosted by theNational Institute for Medical Research (NIMR). Meeting information is available on the Annual Meeting website. As late September is a high tourist season in Tanzania, members attending the event are advised to finalize their travel arrangements soon. Please note that the closest airport to Arusha is Kilimanjaro (JRO).
The Annual Meeting agenda focuses into the post-2015 era with a strong regional flavor: what will be the next steps of keeping public health on the agenda also in the future, and how African countries are positioned. Please find the draft agenda to the meeting here >>.
