"Constitutionality of the Individual Mandate"
 
“This talk is scheduled for March 26,… the first day that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the cases involving the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The seminar will introduce the audience to the legal issues the Court will be considering. In particular, it will focus on the whether the individual mandate, which requires Americans to purchase health insurance or pay a tax, is constitutional.”
