Hola,
My 6-year-old daughter asked me a couple of months ago, “When will coronavirus be over?”
Unfortunately, I think the short answer is that we don't know. Granted, I still hear some folks argue for a rubber band-type effect. Everything will snap back to normal soon enough, they say.
Maybe? For my money, I don’t think so. There has been a complete attitude shift toward meat space because of the pandemic. (BTW, "meat space" is how many techies refer to the messy, dirty world of flesh-and-blood human interactions.)
A digital-first experience is now a viable option in many instances where before the dominant default was definitely interacting in meat space.
As designer and writer Toby Shorin has written, “We are all going online in a new way, and we will never entirely leave again.”
So what does this mean for business?
