Rich millennial tech workers are apparently asking their significant others to sign prenups — or even pre-prenup “cohabitation agreements” — at much higher rates than their elders did.

Some stipulate rules about social media in the event of a breakup, like unfollowing each other on Facebook and Instagram or banning tweets. 

But if you don’t post about your breakup on social media, did it even happen…?
