Last week, we talked about the relative scarcity of coronavirus mentions on earnings calls to date. It got us wondering if general mentions of China have intensified recently.
 

What we see is that mentions of China (or "Chinese") on earnings calls have actually been steadily increasing for many years (the light blue line below), even prior to the coronavirus outbreak. The purple line, which has been relatively flat, reflects mentions of India (or "Indian").
