In it, the firm ranks the top 100 private consumer marketplaces globally. It provides a great look into the categories and companies building the next big marketplace businesses.

Replit teamed up with Google Cloud to build coding tools to take on Microsoft’s GitHub and its popular Copilot product.

Replit is one of generative AI’s most valuable companies as we discussed here.

Our initial research on licensing targets highlighted another target for Google to go after to compete with GitHub, so it looks like that target is still available for OpenAI, Amazon, Facebook, or even Anthropic (in which Google is an investor).

The research brief also highlighted 20 other content/text publishers that are attractive targets to LLM makers for licensing deals.
