Mentors commit to meeting with their mentoree for three hours per month, either in-person or remotely.

Asset Planner for the Arts: Making it Work for You!

Things are simpler with Asset Planner! Asset Planner for the Arts is a cloud-based asset management tool that allows arts managers to view a snapshot of their facility's condition, plan for repairs and generate budget forecasts (great for making compelling cases for funding!)

Forget climbing up to the roof to check on the condition of your shingles... Simply log on to Asset Planner for the Arts from the comfort of your chair and see exactly when your roof is due for an upgrade... and how much it will cost!
There are limited spots left! Be one of nine arts facilities to access this tool!

What is included?
  1. Site walk-through and building inventory by Walter Fedy
  2. Online training (via webinar) on the Asset Planner software with Ameresco and ongoing support for two years
  3. Two year operating license*
  4. Access to the ArtsBuild Learning Series

Time to Update your Bricks & Mortar Profile!

It's a new year and it's time to update your profile information in Bricks & Mortar

Bricks & Mortar is the only centralized data collection tool containing vital and relevant information about our arts facilities, our respective facility needs and future plans. As the only organization in Ontario that specializes in and works for arts facilities, ArtsBuild Ontario has used Bricks & Mortar to generate reports on the state of Ontario’s arts and culture facilities and advocacy asks for increased investment in arts and culture infrastructure.

Now that it’s 2017, we want to make sure the data in Bricks & Mortar is as up-to-date as possible for ongoing advocacy efforts. We are asking that you revisit your organizational profile to update contact and facility information.
