We offer an amazing variety of recreational activities for people of all ages - from ice skating to watercolour painting, swimming to soccer, bridge to belly dancing. Whether you're interested in sports, arts, fitness, health and wellness, or personal development, we've got something for YOU.

The Recreation Guide will be mailed out to the neighbourhood in the end of November and will be available to pick up at the Kerrisdale Community Centre on Saturday December 1.

First Aid Classes

Register now and get certified or re-certified this weekend. All the First-Aid courses are taught by LIT First Aid & Lifeguard Training Aquatics and certified by the Canadian Red Cross. Price includes manual and certification. For more info, please visit www.metrovancouverfirstaid.com  Ltd.

Standard First Aid (SFA)
Sat,Sun, 9:30am–5:00pm Nov 24–Nov 25 $159.00 45201.403KR
SFA includes all EFA course content plus victim management, heat and cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, sprains, wounds, head trauma, diabetes, burns and poisons. SFA also includes CPR Level C Basic Rescuer Certification and AED.
         
Emergency First Aid (EFA)
Sat, 9:30am–5:00pm Nov 24–Nov 24 $105.00 45202.403KR
EFA is a practical course that will give you the basic skills and knowledge needed to prevent and effectively treat life threatening emergencies. EFA includes CPR Level C Basic Rescuer and AED Certification.

CPR C Basic Rescuer (CPRC)
Sat, 9:30am–4:00pm Nov 24–Nov 24 $80.00 45203.403KR
This course allows you to properly recognize and respond to choking, cardiovascular, and breathing emergencies that occur with infants, children and adults. Course also includes AED.

Breakfast with Santa


Bring the family to breakfast with the big guy himself, Santa Claus! Event includes a continental breakfast, holiday crafts, play equipment and a photo of your child with Santa. All adults and children attending must pay and children are required to be supervised. Children under 2 years old can attend for free.

Reindeer Swim
Get the family out of the cold and into the pool.  Kick off the holiday season with this festive swim.  The elves and reindeer will be playing games, making crafts and handing out treats.  No lanes available. Discount Dip admission

Pickle Ball

Come try out this popular, easy-to-learn, and exciting sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. No experience needed. All equipment provided. Volunteers will be onsite to teach you the basic skills of the game. Drop in $3, space permitting.
