Sunday Funday, Gathering Update, and More!

SUNDAY AT CCCM

Our senior pastor, Brian Brodersen, will be opening up John 8:12–30 at our 8:30 and 11 AM gatherings as we continue our series of studies in John, looking at how Jesus lived His life and considering how we can live our lives "In His Name."

JESUS-FORMED COMMUNITY

ON MISSION

THE GATHERING

Courses for Everyday Discipleship

We are expanding our Wednesday gathering to provide courses that offer pathways for formation and discipleship. These courses will be designed to help fulfill our vision to be a Jesus-Formed Community on Mission and will complement our community-based gatherings throughout the week on our campus and in our community.

The first term of courses will begin on Wednesday, September 21. Stay tuned for registration and course details! Terms will be punctuated with times of corporate worship, formational teaching nights, and breaks for holidays, with opportunity to register for new courses three times annually.

We want The Gathering to be accessible for our WHOLE church body. To accomplish this, we will be resuming the opportunity for Kids' Church on Wednesday nights so families can join us together.

JOIN THE TEAM

Join the Kids' Church Team for The Gathering on Wednesday nights! Volunteer opportunities will be available on a term-by-term basis so you can engage with the courses as well!

We will have offerings for babies, toddlers / preschoolers, and elementary (1st-5th) grade students.

Everything will be provided for the teams, so you will be able to simply show up and be ready to engage with the kids!

FOR THE PARENTS

Proverbs 27:17 says, "Iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens another." Iron is sharpened by one surface rubbing against another so that the imperfections can be broken away. On Sunday, our kids will look at David's life and consider how as we follow Jesus, we need one another to walk in the light and find forgiveness in the Lord.

WOMEN WORTH KNOWING

Anne gained notoriety as America’s first poet–an incredible accomplishment for a mother of eight in the American wilderness! She gives us a window into Puritan colonial life–its joys and sorrows, trials and blessings–all undergirded by a radiant, confident faith in God and His Word. Her poetry is a celebration of God's goodness in every area of life!
