Spring into the Library!
This time last year it felt like spring had sprung; this year we still have a few inches of snow on the ground! During National Library Week, we will kick off a bookmark contest with the summer reading theme “Have Book; Will Travel”. Keep an eye on our garden. Wonderful things are happening in the spring @ LME Library!

Sincerely,
The Lillie M. Evans Library Staff

Get Fit @ Your Library!
For years the library has offered an adult yoga program featuring “Yoga for the Rest of Us” every Monday & Friday morning at 9:10a. Yoga is a great way to lengthen and strengthen muscles; it also helps improve balance and stability.

Did you know there is a hooping group (hula hooping) at the library? We meet Thursdays at 6p for an hour and have fun while burning off some calories. Even if you could never hoop as a child give it another try. Most people find they are able to hoop away after 5-10 minutes. These hoops are larger and slightly weighted making it easier to keep them up. Allisen, our instructor, brings lots of hoops to class so if you don't have one, one can be provided for you.

That’s not all! We will be adding more programming throughout the spring so be sure to visit our website for updates and a link to a printable monthly calendar of events.
