Update From Pastor Ben
Hello Rooted Families,
I just wanted to give you a quick update after the new Epidemic Order. As leadership, we are taking all of this news with the utmost seriousness to protect your teens. The plan is that we are still going to meet in person on Wednesday nights at 6:30.
The one change will be that we will not be offering snacks or drinks during our meeting times. This way, we will ensure that the teens keep on their masks and not share germs while eating. So please make sure your teens are well hydrated, filled, and masked up before sending them to Rooted. Here is a breakdown schedule of the next 3-weeks
Nov. 18th No Snacks or Drinks
Nov. 25th No Rooted (Thanksgiving)
Dec. 2nd No Snack or Drinks
Please email or call me with any questions or concerns.
It is an honor serving you and your teens,
THANK YOU to all those who participated in Baby Bottle Boomerang for Pregnancy Care Center. Together, our FCC church family raised $2,189 to help PCC with their life-saving work!
Women’s Fellowship Event Cancelled
Please note that the Angel Christmas Dinner, scheduled for December 7, 2020, has been cancelled.
The cancellation is not being taken lightly. The Board has chosen to follow the guidelines that the church has set forth. Unfortunately, this is not the only event at the church that has had to be cancelled this year. It is our hope that Women’s Fellowship will be able to schedule an event to celebrate Easter in 2021. Blessings to you all.
"Blessed To Be A Blessing"
November 22nd Offering
"Blessed To Be A Blessing" offering envelopes are available throughout the church, and will be collected on November 22nd during our worship services for this special offering.
Together, let's be praying and preparing ourselves to give God much thanks on November 22nd for a faithful and generous offering.
Please remember to pick up, fill, and return a shoebox to the church by November 22nd!
