I Praise You, Lord:

• Year-end giving was very encouraging for both the A.R.C. project and the general fund. Over $215,000 has been received as of December 19 – we are very blessed!
   
• The ARC is moving forward! We praise the Lord that the High Adventure floor was poured before winter set in. This will allow us to build the high ropes course throughout the winter and spring months.
   
• All of our summer Program Directors are hired for Summer 2018! This allows us to now focus on hiring counselors and all other summer staff positions. 
   
• 2017 was a great year with growth in many of our programs as well as in our guest groups. We praise God for expanding our ability to reach people for Christ!
   
• Meghan Reska, Financial Administrative Assistant, and her husband were blessed with a healthy baby girl on November 30.
   
• Natural gas lines have been run throughout a large portion of the camp. This will save the camp greatly on our future energy costs.
   
• We already have snow for our winter retreats and yes, we love snow in Northern Michigan!

• While the building and infrastructure of the A.R.C. are fully paid for, the staff has been busy raising money to finish and furnish the building. Please pray for God’s people to value this project and help us finish it debt free.
   
• Camp Captains as they recruit campers from their churches. It is a big job and we are so thankful for their dedication.
   
• Safety as the team travels to North Carolina for Freeze Out NC as well as recruiting trips to Cedarville, Moody & more.
   
• The wisdom to sort through the mountains of applications to select the best possible team for our summer ministry.
   
• The ARC has taken a great deal of time to manage on top of the rest of our staff’s responsibilities. Pray for wisdom to know how to manage our time wisely.
   
• Phil Bolthouse and his team as they process hundreds of feet of boards of rough sawn lumber into wood suitable for the interior finishes of the A.R.C.
