In case you did not see the letter to the editor in the April 6, 2016 edition of the "Daily Courier", I wanted to share it with you.
I have just returned home from a short stay at Yavapai Regional Medical Center West. My blood pressure, taken at the ER was 250+/240+. The intake professionals quickly got me back into the inner workings of the ER, where the staff got me ready for what was to come next.

It's always a good feeling to know that I made a difference in the life of one of my patients. In this patient’s case, it was urgent that she go to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Emergency Room immediately, and I was excited to coordinate her care and ultimately be a part of the team of medical professionals that carried her through a potentially life-threatening situation.
All I can say is, THANK YOU, Joanna, for your trust in me. I am truly humbled.
