Soul Juice - July 2011
I’m on fire with creativity and excited to share my beading work through “Soul Juice,” this emerging, semi-regular newsletter. As many of you know, my hobby morphed into a business over the last couple of years. I’m loving it!
What an amazing summer! The stars lined up (literally) and we completed my studio. My workbench faces the Sandias. The color, the light and the intensity of New Mexico’s mountains infuse me with creative energy I call “soul juice.”
|In the Studio:
My passion for beads extends to every part of the process, especially to sharing my creations with others. This treasured cabochon was buried in a box of keepsakes. It lived on my workbench for a few days, and gradually morphed into an entirely new form.
I didn’t name the necklace, except to express its energy: Happy Pouch.

Here’s what Kim said about her commission:
Just wanted to pass on the many compliments I get whenEVER I wear "the" necklace......and not just from women!! You have the touch!
Big thanks to John Carls, http://www.johncarls.com/
