TASTE Nigeria Country Director Nuhu Chayi visited WorldServe International, Kenya from Monday 25th April to Monday 2nd May 2022.  The visit was the continuation of the partnership development between TASTE, ECWA and WorldServe International to reach rural areas of Nigeria with clean water and the gospel. This partnership will ensure wholistic care for many who are living in remote areas of Nigeria. The partnership initiated primarily by Peter Fretheim an SIM missionary and a consultant to City Ministries of EMS – the mission society of ECWA. TASTE over the years has successfully provided drilling services to City Ministries and is excited and thankful to God for this developing partnership.
The partnership has progressed to the point where World Serve International is in the process of being registered in Nigeria. The drilling of boreholes for cleaning water and the provision of WASH services will be handled by TASTE-Nigeria.  The other components such as missions, production and distribution of biodegradable sanitary pads will be handled by World Serve International Nigeria through the City Ministries with Evangelism being the responsibility of EMS, EWCA.
WorldServe has purchased a drilling rig which has been shipped to Nigeria to be used by TASTE for  boreholes part and an MoU has been drafted and will be signed between the partners in the very near future.
Please pray for the success of this partnership.
Our friends at Holy Trinity School, Walsall following our CEO Ben Udejiofo's visit back in January when he was so warmly received has drank their bottled water. They have filled the empty bottles with loose change and returned them to us. Ben hauled the bottles to the bank where he spent a couple of hours pouring the coins into the coin paying in machine at HSBC in Sheffield City Centre. The staff were very helpful in emptying six coin bags full of the money our friends collected and were most impressed to learn that the money had been collected by our friends in a West Midlands School. More impressive, however, is the total of £438.58p raised by all our dear friends at Holy Trinity School - so far, as we understand that there is more on its way.
We are most grateful for this incredible support. This is the largest amount ever raised in one go in all the time that we have been collecting loose change.

Well Done one and all. The Lord Bless you all.
Thank you to all our friends who rose to our #WATER4LENT Challenge. We raised a total of £165
We want to thank all our 90 friends who came, had fun AND raised over £350  for us at the TASTE Family Funday which took place on Saturday 7 May at The Oakes!
We want to thank particularly The Oakes Impact Team 2022 who ran the activities – Zorbs, Foot Golf, Ropes Course and the Mini Mudder.

Two TASTE Trustees, Rob Coleman and Andy Bryce again provided delicious BBQ and Sue Udejiofo organised the Cake Stall with many of our friends baking cakes and other treats for the stall. Thank you all. It was truly a team effort.

Our CEO Ben Udejiofo brought us an update of the fantastic work of providing clean drinking water and sharing God’s love with communities across Nigeria that events like this help fund. ..
We would also like to thank Dan and Billy Thaw the Directors at The Oakes for letting us use the fabulous grounds and facilities.

If you are sorry you missed out – so are we, so look out for next year’s event and make sure that you join us.
Praise for:
