There are only ever three good reasons to take a job: it pays well, it's a great career opportunity or it drives you toward becoming the person you were born to be.
A good rule of thumb for any career decision is to make sure the position fulfills two out of the three.
Profit alone won't get you anywhere. A career without fulfillment is empty. And it's awfully hard to become who you were meant to be if you can't pay rent or eat.
But you'll notice "convenience" isn't on the list. It never is.
