WE NEED YOU!
Our children's ministry is still in need of 2 more volunteers! We would like to have each volunteer help 2x a month for a class, so that all teachers can alternate teaching weeks. The lessons are pre-planned and written in the Dwell curriculum - no preparation needed from teachers. Plus: it is great spending time with our youth and getting to know them! Thank you and if willing,
please email Jackie ASAP at:
childrens@crestviewchurch.org.
Thanks :)

This team is responsible for social activities of the church, such as our BBQs, Bridge events, etc. This team is also responsible for Service projects, such as BOHO. Community Garden Plans at Crestview
Over the last few months a garden committee, (Mark, Deone, Jess, Eleanor and Eileen) have been looking into the possibility of a community garden on Crestview's large plot of land. We are still in the planning stages and would welcome feedback, comments and anyone interested in becoming more involved - either in the planning process, or tending a plot next year.
Please keep this project in your prayers - that we can build not just garden plots, but lasting relationships and community as well. And that there may be many opportunities to extend God's love and grace to our corner of Boulder.
Jess & Danny to do Light the Night Walk
OK, the day has ALMOST arrived! Danny and Jess will be doing the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's
Light the Night Walk in Denver next
Thursday, September 29. The walk is to raise money for blood cancer patient treatments. One of their really good friends, Zoe, had leukemia and is in remission but still needs to take a pill every day for the rest of her life. (Zoe also works for the local Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Denver.) If you are interested in sponsoring Jess and/or Dan for this very good cause that would be “awesome.” Just click on their fund raising pages below:
