Funding opportunities
CIBC Children’s Foundation supports projects or programs that directly support children in need under the age of 14 across Canada. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, but are reviewed annually between February and May.

Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc.’s Unsmoke Canada Cleanups program funds expenses associated with organizing, hosting and promoting the success of litter cleanup projects across Canada. Applications are due May 21.

The Kick-start Projects Fund from Pacific Blue Cross supports one-time projects, start-up programs, and equipment funds directly related to improving mental health and wellbeing, or preventing or managing chronic disease in British Columbia. The next application deadline is May 17. View in Grant Connect.

The Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund (OCAF) funds not-for-profit cultural and heritage organizations in Ontario, specifically for the marketing and promotional costs of the new attraction or special event. Stage 1 applications are accepted at any time. OCAF recommends that clients submit a Stage 1 application at least 8 months in advance of the proposed date of their event. Stage 2 Applications are due May 28. View in Grant Connect.
