Growing Health Together – Community Update Newsletter for Horley PCN

Dear All,

Welcome to the first Growing Health Together newsletter for Horley PCN, highlighting some of the many opportunities that exist outside of the health service in Horley and Smallfield, to support the health and wellbeing of our patients. We are fortunate to have such a thriving local community, please do spread the word about what is on offer!

This newsletter has been produced in kind collaboration with colleagues at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council and Surrey County Council, and we hope to issue it on a quarterly basis moving forwards.

Contact details for each of the individual projects are provided below. If you have any general questions or suggestions for future newsletters, please email info@growinghealthtogether.org, and we will get back to you as soon as we can, or please take a look at our website www.growinghealthtogether.org

We hope you find this information helpful,

Best wishes,

Gillian, Tony and Sarah, September 2021
