Inclusivity When Taking Sexual Health History

This webinar will provide sexual healthcare workers the opportunity to work on their interview skills as they practice being inclusive. Clinic staff will gain experience that helps when working with at-risk populations. 

Here is what you can expect to learn at this event:
  • Core skills for conducting inclusive disease investigation interviews
  • A better understanding of proper terminology to communicate disease intervention strategies with clients in a STI clinical setting
  • Culturally appropriate methods of working with vulnerable and disadvantaged populations within their communities


Leonardo S. Parker, Director of Prevention Programs
National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD)

Leo Parker is a highly motivated healthcare advocate with over 20 years of experience in education and prevention of STIs and HIV. He currently serves as director of prevention programs with NCSD, where he provides members technical assistance and capacity building. His experience and wealth of knowledge have afforded him the opportunity to present at numerous national conferences, as well as to serve as an expert panelist on various topics.
