Competition is open to faculty located at the UBC Vancouver campus and affiliated hospital sites. It provides one-year grants of up to $50,000 intended to enhance UBC research, training, and equipment sustainability. The application deadline is October 24, 2022.

Apply for Funding to Support Research Collaborations
The UBC Collaborative Research Mobility Awards (CRMA) competition is now open. It provides up to $5000 to support new or existing research partnerships between UBC researchers in the Okanagan and Vancouver. Faculty members from all disciplines are invited to apply. The application deadline is November 4, 2022.

Rural Physician Grant Opportunities
I wanted to let you know that RCCbc is once again accepting applications for our next round of Rural Physician Research Grants and for the Rural Global Health Partnership Initiative. The next deadline is October 31, 2022. Note that rural physicians partnering with First Nations communities on projects (either research or non-research projects) are also able to apply for the global health partnership initiative. Rural Global Health Partnership Initiative: For Health Equity at Home and Abroad
UBC Healthy Aging Postdoctoral Fellowship

The award will provide financial support to exceptional postdoctoral researchers to conduct research relevant to healthy aging at UBC.
Fellows will advance research that contributes to the vision of the Edwin S.H. Leong Health Aging Program to harness the science of healthy aging in order to help people in BC, across Canada, and around the world stay healthy, happy and active longer into old age.
