Richland Library Main Announces the Return of The Market
Beginning April 5 The Market will take place from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. every Wednesday through August 2023. Visitors to Richland Library Main can shop seasonal fruits and vegetables along with decadent treats and handmade crafts from local artists in the foyer of the library, adjacent to the main gallery and Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits. Need to get from one end of the Main Street District to the other? Weather looking a little suspicious? Give us a call at 803-205-5245 and we'll give you a lift anywhere you need to go in the district. Current hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday - Sunday.

About The Main Street District

The Main Street District is a private, non-profit organization that manages the 36-block area bounded by Gervais, Elmwood, Assembly, and Marion Streets in downtown Columbia. The organization provides public space management, economic development, place management, marketing, and public advocacy for the Main Street District.
 
The Board of Directors oversees the organization’s mission — to focus on filling vacancies in commercial properties, retaining existing downtown businesses and recruiting new ones, expanding the downtown residential base, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly downtown environment.
