Virtual Course: “Practices in Recognition of Self-perceived Gender Identity”
The course is intended for public officials from civil registries, notaries, identification entities and people from civil society interested in acquiring knowledge about international standards and experiences regarding legal recognition of gender identity and to examine practical experiences in the design and implementation of self-perceived gender identity recognition procedures in the region. The course begins on January 26th and lasts for four weeks. It will be available in Spanish and will be offered by the School of Governancein coordination with the Universal Civil Identity Program in the Americas (PUICA) of the OAS.
