OMS in Analytics Degree to be Offered for Less Than $10,000

If you missed the news, Georgia Tech's online presence just got a little bigger! After the success of the Georgia Tech OMS CS program, Tech is adding an affordable Georgia Tech OMS in Analytics degree to the family. The new degree program will follow the same model as OMS CS that demonstrated to the world that quality education could be accessible at a lower price. OMS CS launched in 2014 and will enroll nearly 4,000 students this spring. Read more here.

• The School of Computer Science kicks off its 2017 Distinguished Lecture Series on Jan. 20 when Stanford University Associate Professor Jure Leskovec will present a lecture, Next Generation Algorithms for Network Dataat 2 p.m. in the TSRB Auditorium.

• The Spring 2017 College of Computing Career Fair is set to begin, Jan. 24. The four-day event is being held in the Klaus Atrium and is expected to attract dozens of top U.S. and international companies.
