We start with sad, sad news from Sri Lanka.  Before Easter, I received news of the unexpected death of Rev Fr Jeevanadas Fernando. Please join me in celebration this wonderful man in this tribute - Vale Rev Fr Jeevanadas Fernando.
We also sending love to our friends in Sri Lanka who are fearful and suffering great uncertainty after the flare up of violence over Easter.
It has a busy start to 2019 and during May and June, I’ll hope you’ll join me at an author talk at one of the following libraries: Rockdale, Campsie, Sutherland, Merrylands, Ryde and Blacktown. I'll also be speaking at St Ives Probus Club. The next workshops for writers are at Castle Hill and Chatswood Libraries.

I hope you enjoy stories about meeting Annabel Crabb, my review of Carly Findlay ‘s new book and a TASTY bonus treat - my recipe for Thai Chicken Sausage Rolls.

Thanks for continuing to follow my writing and community journey!

What's the link between Annabel Crabb and my famous Thai Chicken Sausage Rolls? How did Annabel come have me in a headlock, gripping a copy of Accidental Aid Worker? Why is my face extraordinary large? Read all about  it - and the bonus - is my recipe for TCSR.
On February 6 this year, I had the great honour to support my friend and disability activist, Carly Findlay at the Sydney launch of her book, Say HelloRead more about meeting Carly and a review of Say Hello
