NEW - AUTOMATED ATTENDANCE CALLS AND EMAILS
Beginning this school year, the District will be sending an automated phone call and email when a student is absent from school so that parents may readily respond with a valid excuse. The email will provide parents with an easy option to reply and indicate the reason for the absence. Parents may disregard the call and email if they have already provided a valid excuse to the school’s attendance office. Click here for more information on attendance procedures
NEW PARENT COFFEE AND HSA MEETING
Please join us for the New Parent Coffee on Wednesday, 9/20 at 8:30a in the Large Group Room (please note the change in time from the September calendar). This will be followed by the first HSA meeting of the year at 9:00a to learn more about the BES community and volunteer opportunities. All HSA Event Committee Chairs are encouraged to attend.
The HSA relies on countless volunteers to run smoothly. If you can help just a little, it will make a BIG difference. Volunteering with the HSA is a great way to become involved in your child’s education and make new friends in the process. The HSA has a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, from fundraisers to in-school activities to social events. Complete and return the Volunteer Sign Up form in the Back to School Packet sent home in backpacks. For more information: http://www.beaumonthsa.org/volunteering.html.

In the T/E Schools, there are hundreds of students whose families struggle financially to make ends meet. FLITE funded programs hope to give all T/E students a better chance to reach their academic potential and earn a Conestoga diploma.
For the past 10 years, Conestoga Alumni Supporting Excellence (C.A.S.E.), a group of alumni focused on giving back to the T/E community, has held a golf outing to benefit FLITE. This year's jointly sponsored outing will be held on Tuesday, September 19 at St. Davids Golf Club. The golf is SOLD OUT, but we are planning a Cocktail Reception to follow the golf. We want to celebrate the start of a new school year, reconnect with friends in a beautiful place, and support local students who need our help.
Call your friends and attend the cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception. Reception follows golf at 5:45pm and is $60/person. All are welcome. Come check out the amazing silent auction items. Register to Attend
Become a Sponsor of the Golf Outing. Sponsorships are still available. Options range from $150-$1700. Sponsors receive great publicity for their contribution. Sponsorship Opportunities

Everyday Heroes are individuals or groups who, through their past or ongoing actions and leadership, make positive contributions to the lives of all those in the greater Tredyffrin and Easttown communities. The purpose of our celebration is to demonstrate the wide array of people and groups responsible for making our community such a special place. View flyer for more details.
