ACT Responsible to celebrate “Great Ads for Good Causes” & "Champions of Good"
at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The association’s 16th exhibition will be revealed Monday 22 June (opening 10:00) and will showcase 81 of the most innovative ideas that 72 agencies from 30 countries came up with in support of Good Causes, responsible behavior and sustainable development. This is an opportunity for agencies to celebrate the best side of advertising at the most prestigious event of the industry.

Creativity allows important messages to be delivered in a powerful and efficient way. Not only does this exhibition bring coverage to the causes endorsed, but it also raises awareness outside the advertising community. This year, certain themes stand out from others. Mental health, plastic pollution, domestic violence and donation clearly caught the attention of advertisers. We also found many campaigns about human rights, women empowerment, but if this year’s exhibition was to be described in one word, it would be “solidarity”.

All visitors are invited to interact by voting for their favorite campaigns, either at the event or online, until Wednesday 20 June at 18:00.

This year, in addition to the traditional Tributes to Creativity for Good, ACT Responsible is proud to launch “Champions of Good”, a brand new annual tribute celebrating the champions behind the work (movement-maker, non-profit, brand and industry leader).

“This is not an Award. There is no competition and there is no winner. The goal of this Tribute is simply to acknowledge those champions, highlight clever and creative programs, share best practices and inspire others.” says Hervé de Clerck, ACT Responsible Dream Leader.

The inaugural ACT Champions of Good Tribute will be presented to

Tarana Burke, founder of the  "me too." movement,
Marco Lambertini, Director General of WWF International,
Michael Roth, Chairman & CEO of Interpublic,
Marc Pritchard, Chief Brand Officer, Procter & Gamble.

Thanks to the support of FCB Worldwide the event will be hosted
Thursday 21 June @ 17:30 PM at the Boat FCB, Quai Albert Edouard, behind the Palais
A private tour of the exhibition is organized at 17:00 in Debussy Foyer, Palais des Festivals
