WHO IS REALITY WINNER? She is an Air Force veteran and former intelligence officer who worked for the National Security Agency (NSA) and became a whistleblower, leaking a document verifying that Russia interfered with the 2016 election. She was not given her Miranda rights, denied bail twice and has been in jail for 499 days. DON’T DESPAIR. REMAIN UNIFIED. Reject the “Democrats in Disarray” rhetoric that our false equivalency media likes to promote (along with normalizing trump!).
CONTINUE TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN OUR DEMOCRACY — that only makes it stronger! And we have several ways to do it: Colorado will hold its PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION on SUPER Tuesday, March 3, 2020 (not caucus). In addition, there will be a CAUCUS on Saturday, March 7, 2020 (in the afternoon) to select delegates for the Democratic Party’s U.S. Senate candidates and other races, followed by county and state assemblies, PRIMARY ELECTION on TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2020 for all offices, and the GENERAL ELECTION on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2020!
When you hear a republican say "Do Nothing Dems", tell them House Democrats have passed 400 BILLS! Here. (They're in Moscow Mitch's court now — but he's too busy appointing activist judges.)

(Casa de Paz is the organization that coordinated holiday cards to detained families, some of which we sent from the potluck last week.) Please consider supporting the work they do, here.

Be on the watch for these 2020 ballot measures:
ANTI-CHOICE advocates are pushing the 22-week ABORTION BAN INITIATIVE 120 (Class 3 FELONY) and have until March 4 to collect 124,632 valid signatures from registered voters in order to place the measure on the November 2020 ballot. DO NOT be complacent since Colorado has historically and resoundingly rejected similar measures in the past. We need ALL ADVOCATES on deck to speak out and defeat these efforts! DECLINE TO SIGN! More, here.
IT'S COMING: The National Popular Vote (NPV) Compact was drafted and passed by our legislature and signed into law by Governor Polis last spring. But outside groups (that violated Colorado law by not disclosing their financial sources) and using lies and deceptive scamming (see video proof, here), gathered enough signatures to place a referendum on the NPV on your 2020 ballot — VOTE YES on the NPV Referendum! NPV Messaging: Every Vote Equal. Every Vote Matters. One Person, One Vote. Ask those against the NPV, "why are you so afraid of 'one person, one vote'?" Follow this website and click the Colorado link for updates, here.
