"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.
"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us." —
Fellowship of the Ring, J.R.R TOLKIEN

DID YOUR BALLOT ARRIVE? (sign up for BALLOT TRACK and you'll get an alert when your ballot is on its way to you as well as track your ballot when you send it in, and when the Clerk processes it!)

If your ballot did not arrive, DO THIS:
CHECK your registration at govotecolorado.com
If your registration is current and you still have not received your ballot,
call the Boulder County Clerk at 303.413.7740
Make sure your address is current by October 29 in order to receive your ballot in the mail. BUT REMEMBER, because we have SAME DAY registration, that means you can register to vote and vote up to and including Election Day, Nov. 6 (meaning, no excuse not to vote).
BUT DON'T WAIT —

VOTE as soon as you receive your ballot (then election calls and door knocks will stop).
VOTE YOUR WHOLE BALLOT. Every race is important, including judges and ballot issues. If you leave any part of your ballot blank, you allow others to choose for you. Those down ballot races (SOS, AG, County Clerk, and more) will protect our state from an extremist SCOTUS! A full MAJORITY in our STATE HOUSE will pass laws GOOD for Colorado. (The BCDP Voter Guide is a great resource if you have questions! You can find the 2018 BCDP Voter Guide at bocodems.org)

DON'T FORGET to SIGN your BALLOT ENVELOPE (not the ballot, the envelope — if you sign your ballot, it will be voided). If your household receives more than one ballot — ONLY ONE BALLOT per envelope.
BALLOTS ARE DUE to the Boulder County Clerk's office by Election Day, Tuesday, November 6 at 7pm. Save postage (50–71cents) — and get an "I Voted" sticker — by dropping off ballots in Longmont at the Clerk's office on 6th and Coffman — and wearing that "I Voted" sticker encourages others to vote, too!
Remember to drop your ballot at a VSPC (Voter Service Polling Center) WITHIN YOUR COUNTY. (Longmont is Boulder County)

Ballot Issues SHORTHAND: NO on 74, 75 & 109, YES on the rest! Ballot Issues Background and notes from our informative LAD meetings — including Judge retention information, here.

16 DAYS until Election Day, November 6th! This election is FAR from a done deal. The House AND Senate are STILL IN PLAY. Tell all your friends and relatives in other states to VOTE! and VOTE THEIR WHOLE BALLOT BLUE.

Handwritten POSTCARDS REALLY DO WORK, and people enjoy getting them! Postcards are available at Karen McCormick's campaign HQ, 1146 Francis St., Longmont. Call ahead for hours: 303-515-1189
