“We want them to know that they are welcome, we want torture and incarceration to stop, and to stop portraying immigrants as criminals, because we know they are hard workers. We need to put an end to this. I stand with you for light and for liberty. ” — DOLORES HUERTA, Independence Day, 2019

The petition process to recall governor Polis has begun. 1.3 MILLION Colorado voters elected Governor Polis.  From the Denver Post: "...Polis beat his Republican opponent, former state Treasurer Walker Stapleton, by 10 points [last fall]...a recent poll from Keating Research showed 55% of Coloradans think the state is on the right track". (And as a reminder, more Colorado voters voted for Prop 112 — the 2500 ft setback measure — than voted for Walker Stapleton.) If Republicans want a better Governor, the PROCESS is to find — and convince folks to vote for — a better candidate in 2024, NOT CHEAT DEMOCRACY! They have 60 days to collect 631,266 valid signatures from registered Colorado voters — that's over 10,000 signatures a day. DECLINE TO SIGN.  And tell them why! They need to be encouraged to drop this effort. More about the recall and the "inauspicious" beginning of the group behind it, here.

PETITION SUMMER: If you are approached to sign a petition (to recall Democratic state reps, to recall our Governor, to repeal the National Popular Vote, etc.) DECLINE TO SIGN, unless you have access to trusted info about any approved petitions. We'll keep you posted! Donate to, or volunteer with Our Colorado Way of Life, also on facebook. SPREAD THE MESSAGE on social media and to your contact lists that the RECALLS are WRONG, they invalidate votes, and they cheat democracy!
