JULY 2022 ALLIANCE COMMUNIQUE
THANK YOU FOR A SOLD OUT EVENT!
Elevating Women in Family Wealth
REPLAY AVALABLE NOW

Last week, more than 100 industry leaders came together for our inaugural Elevating Women in Family Wealth event in Boston, a gathering dedicated to the women who work in this industry and those we serve. We are honored to have been able to gather so many of our industry’s female leaders and allies in one place, and we left energized and inspired. As always, the camaraderie and vision at work in our community was incredible to witness.

Session recordings are available to all Family Wealth Alliance member firms on our member portal, so those of you who were unable to attend in person can still benefit from the expert insights from our panelists.

It was great to be with all of you!

DEADLINE EXTENDED! NOW DUE AUGUST 19

The struggle for talent in today’s marketplace is real.

We know market-calibrated compensation is critical to your talent acquisition and retention strategies (it’s why you’ve been asking us to do a family wealth compensation study for years!). But even more critical is understanding the full picture of today’s employee experience: compensation, benefits, remote work, DEI, and more. What are other family wealth firms doing to attract and retain talent – and is it working?

Our 2022 Talent & Compensation in Family Wealth Survey is designed to get you the answers you need. As always, your participation in the survey will grant you access to the final report, as well as exclusive follow-up commentary and insights from FWA and Grant Thornton, our research partner.

Complete your survey by August 19
This is an in-depth survey with robust question sets for each position you are interested in benchmarking – please give yourself (or your HR lead) plenty of time to respond before the due date.
Launching next month...
NEW Alliance Operations Leader Roundtable

Alliance Leader Roundtables convene intimate groups of like-minded professionals in a safe environment to share best practices, relevant experiences, and common challenges and solutions.

Launching in July, our new Operations Leader Roundtable is exclusively for senior operations professionals at FWA member firms – those responsible for project management, human resources, and internal operations.

The Operations Leader Roundtable joins our growing suite of Leader Roundtables, which now includes the CEO Leader Roundtable, CMO Leader Roundtable, and Evolving Firm Leader Roundtable.

Leader Roundtables are by invitation only to Alliance Member firms. They are curated peer groups that cultivate open discussion within a supportive, confidential environment. Simply put, they help elevate your practice by connecting you to the highest level of peer exchange. Participants benefit from a unique experience with a committed group of peers, gaining invaluable perspective, clarity, and direction.

Members can request involvement by contacting our President, Rachel Hyman. Non-members, learn more about membership here!
