A past social media coaching client, Patrick Van Nice Interiors, has dove into Google+ with gusto. He’s shared with me a way to cross post Google+ posts to a WordPress blog using a plugin.
Here are point-by-point instructions on how to install the WordPress plugin which will allow cross posting of Google+ posts to your WordPress blog. This plugin will really allow your blog readers who aren’t on Google+ yet access to your content via your blog. Here are a few pros/cons from Patrick:

Make Daily Deal Sites Pay Off: 4 Steps
Almost all of us have at some point bought a Groupon or LivingSocial offer. Have you thought of using these Daily Deal sites for your business? Before you get started, make sure you’ve done your homework. Realize that the daily deal site may need you more than you need it. Be aware of your limitations. If you are an independent massage therapist, your business will be ruined: you will sell more daily deal offers than your one-person business can service in a timely manner. I purchased a Groupon for a massage 2 weeks ago and haven’t been able to talk to a person to schedule an appointment. They’re over capacity and their prospective customers are mad.

Know your finances and metrics cold: make sure at least your fixed costs are covered, do your best to track who uses the coupons and if they ever come in again.

Expect to negotiate with the deal site: don’t take their offer as the only option

Plan a winning promotion: be sure you entice the one-time visitors using their discount coupon to come back and visit your location.

Get the customers back in: consider offering a follow-up deal
