While many aspects of our day-to-day lives have altered, arguably one of the most controversial changes is the switch from in-office to working remotely. Don’t Forget to Volunteer!

Volunteering with WSHIMA is a great way to meet other members while supporting your state professional association. Current volunteer needs on the Membership Committee include the following:
- Cures Act Panel Participant – participate on panel regarding the Cures Act at upcoming WSHIMA Data and Information Conference
- Outreach Coordinator – contact new members to check-in and gather feedback. Time estimate: 1-2 hours per month
- Interviewer – interview members regarding industry hot topics. Time estimate: 2-4 hours per month
- Writer – member profiles, articles for Member News email communication. Time estimate: 1-2 hours per month
