The Kapor Capital Founders’ Commitment

Kapor Capital

Kapor Capital's newly funded startups are required to sign off on a 4 point pledge, a "Founders’ Commitment” to establish diversity and inclusion goals, amongst other points. Kapor believes that investing in underrepresented entrepreneurs can yield new ideas, markets, and revenue streams that others have overlooked. Kapor is leading by example, perhaps this may pave the road for other venture capital firms to pass this pledge to their portfolio.

What's amazing about this pledge... is that even existing portfolio startups have signed on.
