Gift Economy - Flux NIght 2012
Gift Economy Workshop /
for FLUX NIGHT 2012

Saturday, September 15, noon - 6 pm
Registration required, space is limited.
To register, email:  info@fluxprojects.org

FLUX NIGHT 2012 will include four of Atlanta's favorite "Gift Economy" artists:  Evereman, Catlanta, Kenn TwoFour, and Ted Murphy. These artists are known for leaving their artworks in the public sphere for people to find and, hopefully, pass along to others, the idea being to build community and promote cooperation and giving as part of our everyday lives. Finding a piece is only the beginning of the fun. The public is then encouraged to put the piece back out for others to find and share. It is becoming figuratively and literally an "Art Movement"! The artists intend to have 2,000+ artworks throughout FLUX NIGHT for sharing and re-sharing, and they are inviting the community to participate.

To help the artists create works for FLUX NIGHT, Flux Projects will sponsor a public workshop with the artists at Everemanor (the home/studio of Evereman). The workshop will take place Saturday September 15, noon to 6 pm. Participation will be limited to 30 people. Location will be shared with participants after they register. This will be a fun, stimulating, and informative day of cooperation and sharing.

To reserve your place in the workshop, email:  info@fluxprojects.org
