It has been 20 incredible years since Blue Water Cafe began crafting innovative West Coast dishes made with only the freshest sustainable seafood. Our success would not be possible without the support of each guest who has dined with us and our dynamic culinary community – we are so thankful!
 
A very special congratulations to our dedicated team in Yaletown who continues to hold themselves to the highest standard. The heart and soul of our restaurants are found in our kitchens and the team at Blue Water Cafe are the perfect example of that passion and commitment.

Try Thierry's new Chocolate Hazelnut Marzipan Torte available now!

Chocolatier-Patissier Thierry Busset is realizing his long time dream with another Vancouver location slated to open in early November at 265 East 10th Avenue in Mount Pleasant.   
 
Customers will enter through the iconic palm wood front door into a classically designed French patisserie. Using only premium seasonal ingredients, all of Thierry’s handcrafted items will be made daily on-site, working in the style of the atelier – with an open workspace and a 2000 square foot retail and café area. A wide range of products will be displayed in cases custom built in France uniquely designed for the presentation of chocolates and pastries.
 
Located at the corner of Main Street and Kingsway Avenue, Thierry Mount Pleasant will be open daily.
