Introducing Elisa’s Pastry Chef Rosalynn Vu. Rosalynn’s resume of acclaimed California venues such as Four Seasons’ Quattro Restaurant, Vesu Restaurant, Hotel Valencia and The Slanted Door have honed her creative and technical skills for this rewarding role alongside Executive Chef Andrew Richardson. Her West Coast sensibilities are a perfect fit with Elisa’s regionally-inspired offerings which are ever-changing with the seasons. We’re so pleased Rosalynn has joined us north of the border where her creations are a perfect sweet finale to Chef Richardson’s wood-fired steaks, seafood and side dishes.
