Do you remember donating all of those wonderful Christmas presents to the family in need through the organization Generations Ahead? Well, they have reached out and are in need of baby supplies. Could you please help out and buy some items to donate? There are copies of their wishlist on the back table. Please bring in your donations and leave them on the back table by Sunday, September 25th. If you have any questions, contact Dawn Bondy. Thank you!

Robert has a Big Brother this year. Ben Ludka is his big brother and takes him on outings and spends quality time with him. Ben asked Lori if he could come to church with Robert each Sunday. Ben is a teacher at Central high school in Traverse City. He and his wife have three daughters but he still finds time to spend with Robert. “God working his magic”

Join your NLCC family one Tuesday evening a month to have fellowship, fun and a faith Tune Up!
September…..Tuesday, September 20 @ 6:30pm

What’s this tune up mean exactly???

- Check your fluid levels - are you drinking of the cup enough?
- Change your filters - what do you take in - to grow your faith
- Rotating tires - faith in action - where does your faith take you?
- What are your habits to support your relationship with Jesus

The Plan….First, sign up if possible….by calling or Texting Julie Burton - 231-632-4042, so we can plan meals. If you want to come and did not sign up come anyway!!! Second, this is a great time to bring a friend. Third…..…come!

- Dinner
- Sing (our old songs) around the camp fire
- Bible Study
- Bring a friend
- Bring a camp chair to sit in!

for those in need.
-Please consider giving cash or checks.

To bring in your grocery receipts from OLESONS.
Please put them in the big box by the calendar bulletin board.

Update on Child Care Mission:
-Both Presbytery’s and First Pres Elk Rapids’ grants are approved. Session is looking into more grant applications, and a possible architect is now being contacted for the childcare building renovation.
