New in crypto. Amazon HQ2 bracket champ. China backs off US startups.

Predictions

Hi there,

On Monday, I talked about how recruiters send the worst cold emails.

Here is one I got today.

Seriously?

Crypto craze: update

Circle announced this week that it is acquiring Poloniex, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, in a deal reportedly worth $400M. Along with Square and Robinhood opening their platforms to cryptocurrency trading, this is just another sign that crypto is red hot.

Meanwhile, Coinbase has said its goals extend far beyond buying and selling Bitcoin. To see where the company is headed next, check out our Coinbase Teardown.
