The cutoff date for reservations is March 29th. After this date, guests will be unable to book reservations via the provided link above. In addition to booking online, you may also call the Reservation Center 24/7 which can also assist you with booking reservations at 952-445-9000. We encourage you to state the dates you’d like to stay, and that you are with the MN Health Information Management Assn Block.

Region G: Call For Nominations

MNHIMA Region G is seeking individuals who are interested in serving our local Regional membership and having a great time doing it!
The Nominating Committee is making a call for those interested in having their names placed on the ballot for our 2022 Region G election.
Positions open are:
- President-Elect (2-year term)
- Secretary (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
The election will occur May 22nd through June 2nd and the elected positions take office on July 1, 2023.

Did you know that MNHIMA offers a recognized and reliable resource for laws and best practices in managing health information in Minnesota? Check out the Legal Reference Manual page on our website for more information!
The manual itself is reviewed continuously for updates and revisions by the Legal Reference Manual Committee comprised of HIM professionals from different facilities and companies across the state, as well as a team of legal professionals. Each of these individuals brings their own expertise and experience to the table. This creates a wide body of knowledge from all areas of HIM. The current manual includes 14 chapters that address a variety of HIM-related topics.
