5th Anniversary MidCoast Road Rally

We'll be launching from Gateway West in Downtown Des Moines.  This will be sure to be our largest launch party ever--with the help of Des Moines Social Club.  So you'll want to get your bum out of bed early and get downtown--to beat the registration lines, to grab some breakfast and a cup of coffee, and to take in the party!

This year's MidCoast is sure to be the MOST SCENIC MidCoast ever!  You all are catching on--and getting better at time-speed-distance rallies.  So we have to throw you off by mixing in some beautiful river valley's historic bridges, state and county parks, and fun twisty roads.  We'll also keep you on your toes with checkpoint competitions--so you'll be too busy talking in the car about the checkpoints to pay attention to the real competition -- time speed distance!  

We'll be incorporating Twitter, Facebook, and SpeedTrap technologies this year, along with dedicated radio channels for teams and dedicated media radio channels.  We'll let you know more via email about the equipment that you may bring to take advantage of this fun mayhem....  

Time Speed Distance:  The driving competition that does NOT rely on speed, but rather accuracy.  Anyone can do it--and concentration and focus is what wins these events--not speed and heel-toe clutch work.

Automobiles:  We've said it a million times before, and we'll say it again--if you LOVE to drive and get to know a TON of people while doing it--then this event is for you.  Whether you're driving your Ferrari Enzo (or your buddy's!), or your grandma's 1980 Chevy Chevette, we're excited to meet your crew and help you have the funnest day possible!

End Party:  Downtown, Live Music, Car Show, VIP Tent, Wedding...  yah, we said it.  It's going to be a crazy year--an end party that will keep you going all night!
